"So I guess we're doing Double Battles." Ray grinned, he was going to enjoy this. "Sparky, Rahl, go!"

His Pikachu and Abra both prepared themselves for combat. Rahl needs experience. I really want an Alakazam...

"So that's how it is?" asked the man with a sly smile. "Sounds good. Graveler, Beedrill, take care of this for me."

"Sparky, use Iron Tail on Graveler! Abra, keep Beedrill busy with Teleport!" Sparky charged the Graveler, but the Graveler gripped it with all four arms.

"Graveler, Rock Throw." Rocks fell on top of Sparky, forcing him to the ground under the pressure. "Next up is that pathetic Abra. Beedrill, use Poison Sting. Graveler, Rock Throw."

"Abra, teleport at the last second." It did, and Graveler ended up hitting Beedrill with the Rock Throw. "Sparky, get up and use Iron Tail!" The Pikachu was furious, and appeared behind the Graveler with blinding speed. It threw the Graveler into the wall. "Great job!"

The Rocket laughed. "This is too easy. Go, Clefairy." A Clefairy appeared in front of Sparky. "Clefairy, use Metronome." It ended up being Hyper Beam. Sparky was thrown into the wall, and didn't get up.

"Sparky, no!" Ray looked to his belt. Two Pokemon left, including Rahl. "All right, go Wigglytuff!" Wiggly! "Wigglytuff, use Sing and follow it up with a Pound!" Clefairy fell asleep, and then was driven into the ground. "Keep using Pound, Wigglytuff!" Clefairy was constantly driven into the ground, until at last, the Rocket called the fight off.

"Until we meet again, brat." He turned to his partner. "Let's go."

Ray walked up to Sparky and put him on his shoulder. He walked over and gave Abra a hug. "Good job, buddy." Abra!

Abra returned to its Pokeball, Ray looked over to Kiki. "Let's head back."

I nodded, and positioned my crutches again. I followed Ray out. Once we got to teh center, and healed our pokemon, I looked around, and to Ray. "By the way....where are the others?"

"I don't know... But I guess they'll be back in the morning, so we might as well catch some shut-eye. I just have one thing to do before I grab some sleep." He stretched while yawning, then walked over to the PC. He took the Pokeball containing Pinsir off his belt, and looked at it. "Sorry, buddy. But i've got other Pokemon to catch." He put it in the slot, and watched it turn solid white. "Good bye..." He walked back to where Kiki was sitting, and let all of his Pokemon out. "Okay guys, just shake her every once in a while."

He put his backpack behind his head, opened one eye, and said, "Good night."

I nodded, and fell asleep, trusting Ray's pokemon to wake her up. But before she fell asleep, she noticed something Ray had said and slapped his arm. "They can't wake me up by shaking me, remember? Just have them wake you to wake me up or something." I mumbled, and turned, covering myself with a blanket from my backpack, my other one given to Ray.

Ray couldn't hear her or feel the slap. He was already asleep.

I didn't notice that he was still asleep, so that each time the pokemon tried to wake me, they would fail. After the third try, however, the pokemon gave in, and fell asleep.

Ray awoke with a start, and instantly pulled out his cell phone. It was 11:00 a.m. "How did I sleep for so long?" He whispered to himself under his breath. He woke Kiki up, and then took a head count of his Pokemon. One was missing. "Rahl? Rahl? Where are you?" He eventually gave up looking. He opened his backpack, and saw a piece of paper that wasn't there before. It had a big letter R on it.

He collapsed to his knees. "Kiki.... they took Rahl."

I sat up, suddenly awake and alert, my eyes worried. "What?! How?!" I tried to stand up, but fell. "Oww..." I murmured from the floor. I hoped that Ray didn't mind seeing me do that. I got up. "Wha..." I then looked up in more alarm, and turned to Ray. "You pokemon never woke me up." I said. At his confused look, aI looked at my hands and legs. "I can't feel anything!" I looked into my bag, and gasped. "Oh no!" I turned my bag upside-down. Things came out, and I searched through them, every once in a while putting something back into my bag. "My pills are gone. The ones that stop the numbness. "Team Rocket took them, too. I can't feel anything until I get them back, and if I stay like this for a while, I might become paralyzed again." I said quietly. The idea of becoming paralyzed pushed fear into my body. I looked up at Ray. "We have to get Rahl and my pills back, before they do anything!" I got up and walked to the door, not aware of my ankle, and then realized that I didn't have them. "Oh." I said, upset, and went back in to grab my things. "Come on." I said to Ray, and pulled him out.

Ray's vision was blurred by tears. "We don't know where to start looking..." said Ray, his vision blurred by tears. "If the others were with us none of this would have happened!" He yelled, pounding his fist against the nearest wall. "Nowhere is safe! We were in a Pokemon center and they were still able to steal them!" Ray was blind with rage. "They've taken my father, my Pokemon, and your medicine. I vow to put every Rocket behind bars before I die."

"Let's go."

I nodded, and then looked down at my feet. I gulped, concentrating. I then stopped and looked at Ray. "What about the others?" I asked quietly, yet expected no answer. I looked back down, then called out Hiro. "May I?" I asked, and Hiro nodded. He put me on his head, and caught up with Ray. "Hiro is pretending to be my legs." I explained, and then looked down. I gave a deep, heavy sigh. "Where do we start?" I asked, then got an idea. I snapped my fingers, though wasn't sure if I really did, and looked to Ray, my eyes bright. "The only way to leave the city right now, seeing as Officer Jeny is en route by the houses by the exit, would be by the northern fields, by Bill's house!" I exclaimed. "Let's check it out." I suggested, and looked down at Hiro. I pointed forward. "Onward!"

"You're right!" Ray sprinted towards the northern fields, his mind racing in a million different directions. He whispered a silent vow to himself, "I will save you Rahl. You can count on it."

((HUH? That's odd...your :roll: didn't work....))

I went across the fields, and to Bill's house. However, before we reached there, something make Hiro stop, and I fell off of him. I didn't feel anything, however, and looked to see what made him stop. "Hiro, return." I said calmly as I looked around. I then saw what it was. Rockets.

Ray didn't stop, he hurtled towards the nearest Rocket, bringing him to the ground. He continued to punch him across the face. "WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH KIKI'S MEDICINE?" The rest of the Rockets tried to wrestle him off. "Sparky, Wigglytuff! Keep them away from me!"

The Pikachu began using Thundershock on any Rocket it thought came to close. Wigglytuff stood near Ray. If anything were to break through Sparky, Wigglytuff was his last line of defense.

((Huh...mine didn't work either.....GASP! :ROLL: is gone from the smiley list!!!:shock: NOOOOO!!!!))

I watched, not able to move, at what Ray was doing. Finally, I snapped to attention. I let out Hitoshi and Risa. "You two, help Ray." They nodded and left. I let out Otto and Hiro, and ran into the Rocket's building that was set up without notice. I ran into the corridors, not noticing myself hitting the walls. Why? I was being chased by Rockets, and besides, I could feel. I ran into the girls bathroom, and heard the men run past, and rolled my eyes. Men.

I left through the ducts, peering through every room to find the right one. I finally found the right one, and expert-like moved myself gracefully into it. I landed easily, and with the help of Hiro, of course, and held Otto to my chest. In front of me was a frightened Rahl. "There you are." I whispered, and then heard footsteps from around the corners. I panicked, and put Otto back into his pokeball, then put Rahl into my bag. As the Rockets turned the corner, I hid in a box.

Ray continued punching, even though his vision was blurred. He spoke between punches. "Where'd you put my Pokemon!?" Ray didn't know it, but Rocket's were on top of Sparky, preventing him from doing anything. Another Rocket came and grabbed Wigglytuff, as well as Kiki's Pokemon, and wrestled Ray off of the bruised and bleeding Rocket.

"LET ME GO!" Ray yelled, flailing his arms and legs around in a frenzy.

Risa poured sleeping powder onto many of the Rockets, as Hitoshi pulled Sparky out from beneath Rockets. They both then went again to Ray's side and started to help.

I held my breath in the boxes, and then sighed as the noise died away. I got out, and looked all around the room. No medicine. NOT good. I then heard the men come back, and ran out, back into the vents. I exited through a window, and ran through the crowd, Rahl now in my arms. "Ray, I got him!" I shouted, jumping over piles of sleeping Rockets. I ran up to him, sniffing, as my pokemon kept the Rockets back. "But no medicine." I said quietly.

Ray stood up as Sparky electrocuted all of the Rockets still standing. "Then I guess i'm going in there. Rahl, Sparky, Wigglytuff, follow me!" yelled Ray as he bolted towards the Rocket compound.

A Rocket rounded the corner, and Sparky electrocuted him. "Good job boy. As they progressed further in the compound, Kiki not far behind, Ray still had seen no signs of the medicine. No matter the risk, he was going to get Kiki her medicine again.

A tall man wearing a red suit rounded the corner at a slow walk, a Persian at his feet. "I heard you've been causing quite a few problems for my organization, brat."

(I've been waiting for Jimmy to post, but it looks like he isn't going to anytime soon.)

After the raining stopped, Kon put up her umbrella and said to Gary "We should really get back to the Center, Kiki and Ray are probably worried about us." Kon and Gary (I'm just gonna move him around.) headed to the Pokemon Center, when they saw Ray and Kiki run out, Kiki on Hiro's head "I wonder what they're in such a hurry about." Kon said, "Ah, they must be looking for us. Let's go tell them that we're okay."

I followed Ray through, and clenched my teeth when I saw the main ma. Giovanni. "Go ahead." I told Ray. "I'll distract him. Besides, it isn't like he can hurt me or anything." I ran forward with Ray, then pushed him into the next hallway while Giovanni kept me back. I took a few steps back, and called out Hiro. "Hiro, Rock Throw until there is only room for Ray to get through." Hiro obeyed, and once he was done, I recalled him. I faced Giovanni again. "Hello, Giovanni. I'm sure you remember me, and my father." I said coldly. Giovanni chuckled, but his voice was cold as well. "Yes. Your father has ruined my attempts multiple times before your mother died. "He said through clenched teeth. His persian lurked around me as a predator, and I kept my eye on him at all times. Sensing no fear, it laid down by its master's feet.

Before running through the enclosed passage, Ray knelt down to speak to Wigglytuff. "Wigglytuff, I could never forgive myself if anything happened to Kiki. Protect her with everything you've got."

Wigglytuff! It ran over to where Kiki was, and stood in a defensive posture in front of her.

Ray sprinted through the compound, his hopelessness rising as he checked one room after another, and still there was no medicine. He finally came to the last door in the entire building that he hadn't checked. "It has to be in here." He pushed open the door, Sparky and Rahl at each of his sides.

"There it is!" exclaimed Ray without realizing that he was in their lounge. Six Rockets looked up at him with a grin on each of their faces.

"Look what we got here, a brat!"

"I'm no brat!" Ray yelled. The only thing he could see was the medicine. "Sparky, use Thundershock on all of the Rockets. Rahl, I need you to teleport in there and grab the medicine.

Rahl suddenly appeared in the Rockets midst, as thunder danced throughout the room, making contact with each of the men. "Lets go!"

Ray and both his Pokemon turned and sprinted out of the room, Rahl teleporting to the end of each corridor. He suddenly remembered Giovanni. "Sparky, run ahead and use Iron Tail on the Persian, then Quick Attack on Giovanni!"

Pikachu! It ran out of Ray's view.

Ray began yelling Kiki's name all the way back. "I've got your medicine! Let's go!"

I nodded in relief and took the small bottle, making sure that it had my medicine in it. After a thorough examination, I finally accepted it, and left with Ray, recalling Ray while running out. I didn't stop until I reached far away from the building, and quickly took a few pills. I sighed in relief, and smiled a minute later. I then giggled. "I can already feel my toes." I said to Ray.

"Happy to hear that. So I guess we sho--" His sentence was cut off as Rahl was bathed in white light.

Kadabra!

I smiled, and leaned back. Once Rahl became a Kadabra, I gave him a thumbs up, and turned to Ray. "We should what?"

"Well, I think we should head back to the Pokemon Center, and then figure out how Rahl evolves." He smiled, he hadn't expected Rahl to evolve for some time.

I scoffed. "Hello?" I waved my hand in front of him, a little offended. "My dad's a breeder. You just need to ask me. Oh, and you need to trade him to get an Alakazam."
