Well it's more like an Electabuzz in a Team Magma members uniform but that title doesn't sound as snazy for some reason...
I made this because I've always had trouble with clothing when spriting, making it look like more than just the original sprite recolored but still the same shape, and I wanted to give my self a challenge that and he thinks he's people :3.
Not very pleased about the hood, seems to tight, but that aside it turned out fine IMO but whats the verdict from you guys?

I think it's pretty cool, maybe you could try to make the hood bigger so it wouldn't look so tight.

Ahh, very nice!  (Take that with a grain of salt- I've never been able to do people  ) The left arm- red part of the glove- needs to look a bit more round, methinks. Otherwise, very nice! I like the way you've handled the rest of the clothing shading. ^_^
