Sure, we're looking for creative sets. But more importantly, they must work. Rhydon's Special Attack isn't good enough to support those attacks IMO. However, do test it out to see if it can prove me wrong.
As for Venu's Sneasel, it's cool, so go test it out as well.

Someone once said that Spore-Focus Puch was banned. So let's have:
 /
Yawn/ Hypnosis*
Focus Punch
EQ
Shadow Ball/ Mind Reader*
*: respectively.
Quite self-explanatory.
And a crazy idea:
Shock Wave
Ice Beam
HP Psychic
Double Team/ Surf/ Swagger
VERY crazy. Rhydon Spec. Sweeping? The same person said OMGWTF to this, and I thought it was worth a try anyway.
I'm very sorry to inform you, but in NetBattle, a good Prediction is needed to win your battle. Let's say you have Skarmory in, and I switch in to Flareon. Wouldnt you think that I'm gonna ohko you with Overheat?
But hey, the raters have to decide

Well, ok. Not Rhydon, then...
 @ Lefties
Modest | Immunity
HP Psychic
Solarbeam
Sunny Day
Flamethrower
 @ Lefties
Modest | Immunity
HP Psychic
Thunder
Rain Dance
Water Pulse
Sunnybeamer & Thunderdancer. Both work OK.
 @ Chesto
Timid | Immunity
HP Psychic
Rest
Toxic
Roar
Something in the lines of Skarm's set. HP Psychic to cover weakness, and for a hitter in the toxiroar. Any poison pokes will go down with HP. But watch out for the other immunities like Snorlax!
P.S. Spec. Rhydon will be able to pull off a few supereffective hits but will go down quickly against Surf or Sunnybeam.

The Toxi-shuffling one seems okay, but the rest aren't too good as Zangoose is only inclined towards being a physical sweeper after all. Reckon we should test any one of the three, WPM?

I think the last one, with HP: Flying instead of HP Psychic. They both hit Fighting types.

Okay. From the bottom.
Cless's Togetic: Almost all togetics are baton passers, but that's just from whst I've seen. Neat idea, though.
Tessa's Zangoose's:Last one will be tested. His special attack is just to low.
Cless's Flareon: That looks...wierd. I'm not really seeing it, but I'll try it out.
RL's Sudo: Hmm...this looks interesting.
~TEST RESULTS~
My Hariyama: OMFG, I thought this thing would die on the first turn! IT KILLED 4 FRIGGIN ENEMIES!
Steiner's Blastoise: These 'desperate situations' didn't happen enough to merit it onto a team. Sorry.
SS's Mr. Mime: It was good, definately wierd, and managed to drag down 2 enemies.

Well, yeah, it is. Sorry, maybe I'm expecting too much out of Mr. Mime. So, does that mean it can go into the Hall Of Fame?
One more thing, I was thinking we should change the name; the Hall of Fame, into the Hall of 133TNESS!.

Come ON! I don't agree.
For ToxRoar Zangoose I need to counter Poison pokes who cannot be poisoned, as well as to guard against Fighting. HP Psychic fits the bill.
And I just realized for the first time that my name in l33t is LEEB. What does that mean i wonder?
 @ Leppa
Protect
Detect
Toxic
Reversal
 @ Leppa
Protect
Detect
Toxic
Mean Look
Toxic, then switch between Protct and Detect, then Reversal for Yanma when you run out of PP, and Mean Look for Sableye to stop switching. I personally think Sableye is better.

How about Dream Eater in there? After all, gengar has godly SP.Attack and should use it.

Okay, so WPM's Hariyama and SS's Mr. Mime are pending approval from paper...
Regarding the name, Hall of Fame is fine. Hall of l33tness does not sound serious enough -_-"
For your Yanma and Sableye, tessa, I have the impression that Protect and Detect will fail if used in conjuction? Just like how you can't Protect twice? Correct me if I'm wrong please. But whatever it is, the Sableye is too standard. It's the Yanma that has some potential.
As for aytkan's Persians, they don't look really creative; just some rather evasive movesets. What do you think, WPM?

I believe Protect/Detect work fine with conjuction. The only problem is if your opponent decide to raise his stats- you only can do it 15 times, after all, and 25 with Leppa- but if you used up Detect first, then be wary, as Detect only has 5PP, and Leppa can restore 10, which is better used for Protect.
Still, if you're worried about injuries when you're Toxicing, then you may forego the Leppa and use Leftovers instead.
For the Persians, they look rather ordinary, plus most people already don't like playing Double Teams.

Damn, that Yanma looks neat! I have to try that one on my UU team.
 @ Salac Berry
Magnet Pull
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Spd / 252 SAtk
Timid Nature
- Endure
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt
It outspeeds Aero and owns Dugtrio.
Edit: Jeez WPM, plz edit your sig man, it's freaking annoying.

Complete randomness!
 @ Lefties | Adamant
EVs: 252 Defense; 252 SP. Defense; 6 HP
~Toxic
~Fly/Roar
~Earthquake
~HP Grass
Either a Toxic Staller or a Toxi Switcher. EQ to handle Rock and Electric, and HP Grassto get rid of Water. Decent, eh?
((EDIT: Taken RL's advice, I think.))

xD Nice. but I don't think fly would be that great, maybe wing attack/roar ^_^ Just a thought

Thanks for the review, but you not an offical rater here. The 4 actual ones are WPM, Veneumeleon, snowball, and papersun.

Speaking of the raters, Perhaps you should edit WPM in the list in the first post and correct my name (My name doesn't have a _ in it, I don't even remember becoming a rater.)
Also Zekiu, Fly is on there to stall so Toxic can take effect.
Personally i'd do HP Grass instead of HP Ground and EQ over Sunny Day, Since you're screwed anyway, since those annoying Dancers are around and T-Bolters (Thunder hits you in the Sky and T-Bolt hits you easily). But then it's be kinda Standard though, I don't know, guess we could test it if the others feel the need to.
(EQ also works better than HP Ground, if you don't want to try HP Grass).

RaichuLatias, you are an honorary rater because you're hardcore.
Anyway, some Creative Movesets Thread News . . .
I've given sNOwBaLL permission to add sets to the Hall of Fame, so when I'm not around and the sets get stacking up the way they are, I'm not the only one with authority and you don't need me around to make all the important decisions. As I'm sure you've noticed, my time on the board has cut back considerably due to school, work, and other stuff, so this way you don't all need to be standing around looking at your feet waiting for me to make all the calls.
Also, when we get enough Creative Sets, I'm probably going to host the Creative Championships, which will determine what's the best Creative Moveset from each type. But that's still a ways off; we need a LOT more sets from various types in the Hall of Fame (or the Hall of 1337N3$$ ) first! So get those thinking caps on!
Peace out, everybody!
