Simple, I put the pokemon into the GTS, give you the info to find it, we trade and done. Yeah I know its werid to use the GTS for this sorta trade, but again I say, for some STRANGE reason its the only way i CAN trade.

I'll accept as low as 2 perfect/near perfect IVs for some things depending on which stats and pokemon it is. I'll also take pokemon with good but less than perfect IVs across all stats. An all perfect or close to perfect IV pokemon would, of course, get you more but I'll take less than perfect pokemon...
since I'm not a pretentious snob...
