ZOMG A TOURNEY!!!!!!!!!!! This tourney is a mixed tier tourney and the aim of a mix tier tourney is to get those NUs and UUs into OU matches. Teh Rulez!!! Standard Rules and Clauses Evasion Clause Sleep Clause SPecies Clause Ubers Clause OHKO Clause MIxed Tier Clause[What Mixed Tier Clause is, is you must use at least 1 OU,UU and NU in your team with a max of 3 OUs. Most people wish to use 3 OU 2 UU and 1 NU however there is nothing stopping you from using 2 NUs 3 UUs and 1 OU etc.] ZOMG PRIZES!!!!! Yes prizes. First place with get an OU,UU,NU from my trade thread. Second place will get any 2 pokemon from my trade thread. Thrid place will get any one pokemon from my thread. I will close the participents on Febuary second, unless we get eight before. Dew to shina's tourney also going on at this time i am going to give you 2 weeks to complete your matches. Just throwing out and idea for if we don't get enough participants, how about we do a round robin style tourney, where the two best records meet for the final? Head to head would be the tie breaker.

From a psypoke standpoint Is Quick Claw Illegal?
I was told by Nastynati that It was. ^ Regardless, we still didn't finish our battle, as he insisted on toxic/protect stalling until I had to leave, (I had plenty of Heal Bells and Wishes left and his strongest attack did less than 10 HP to me) like I told him I would prior to the beginning of the match. And for the record, you showed the 10 quotes out of the thousands of members of smogon who don't think that hax items are bs.
