The last time I looked on Smogon University, Umbreon had been moved up to OU, if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, Umbreon was moved to OU, and Cressy, PZ, and Raikou all moved back up to BL.
However, the two most notable changes were Latias getting banned to Ubers (regardless of whether or not carrying Soul Dew) and Salamence (just today, lol) getting banned to Ubers.

I would like to see Porygon-Z move up to the OU listing, you make that thing modest with perfect IVs and 252 EVs it has 405 Spc Attack. With a pure sweeper moveset and adaptability it could be destructive.

Normally I would say Hyperbeam... are you a little slow? But in reality it gets 100% STAB with Adaptability and with Life Orb gives it ridiculous base power. Swift can never miss and gets that 100% STAB and having a Life Orb boost is just intense. I think for Hyper Beam the math is like, 405 Spc Atk + 300 Move Power + 1.3x Damage provided by Life Orb is one nasty hit. It is basically a OHKO on anything but in reality you lose porygon. Anyways, I agree with it being at least BL but don't you think you could consider it OU seeing as it can take out most anything it comes across even if it is an eye for an eye? Or you could give it Choice Scarf if you feel like switching it in and out, with that kind of base power it could OHKO any dragon and in reality Swift isn't bad at all on it.

It's because of it's speed and frailness that took him out of OU, it easily revenge killed. Timid is usually run over modest even on CS sets. Also Tri-Attack > Swift.

Eww I totally forgot about Tri-Attack that is much better than swift, I agree with the frailness but its speed isn't epic fail. I do agree that it is easily revenge killed but when you use it to take out some defensive tyrant its always nice. Idk perhaps it's just a dream of mine, im not like some huge porygon fan but still it had its day.
