Granted, Mr.Purple turns out to be a secret North Korean, he kills Other me, steals all his nukes, and tries to rewire them for a larger explosion radius that will destroy the whole country with only 5 nukes, but he miscalculates and accidentaly gets Heavy Metal poisoning, which therefore makes him Mr.Green.
